FEATURE-LENGTH CAPTAIN CANUCK DOCUMENTARY

 
 

Lev Gleason Studios is proud to announce production is underway on a brand-new, feature-length documentary celebrating over fifty years of Captain Canuck, Canada’s iconic homegrown superhero.

Produced in collaboration with VVS Films, the documentary is executive produced and hosted by Adam Beach, the new voice of Captain Canuck. The film explores the character’s origins, evolution, and cultural impact, telling the definitive story of a hero who has stood as a symbol of Canadian identity for generations.

The documentary follows Adam Beach as he embarks on a personal journey to fully understand the character he now embodies. Through conversations with fans, creators, and cultural voices across the country, the film examines what Captain Canuck represents today and why the character continues to resonate in an ever-changing modern landscape.

Filming will take place at major fan conventions across North America, capturing the passion of the Captain Canuck community and the legacy surrounding the character, including:
