A rash of shoplifting crimes has swept Toronto, hurting businesses and the community alike. While, at first glance, these crimes look like random acts by disaffected youth, Captain Canuck, Young Robinhood and Captain OnStar go deeper and discover that it's all part of a exploitative criminal enterprise targeting young vulnerable people.This project is in collaboration with CrimeStoppers Toronto and OnStar navigation, and shows that shoplifting is never a victimless crime.
